CycleBar Scripps Ranch is operated by MINKA FIT LLC. References to "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms refer to MINKA FIT LLC, doing business as CycleBar Scripps Ranch.MINKA FIT LLC is the registered legal entity that operates the SMS messaging program described below.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CycleBar Scripps Ranch websites at https://cyclebarscrippsranch.com and https://ride.cyclebarscrippsranch.com, operated by MINKA FIT LLC, and your participation in our SMS messaging program. By using our websites and by clicking the submit button on our lead form, you agree to these Terms.
SMS messaging program
We collect two separate SMS consents on our lead form, each via its own unchecked-by-default checkbox (no SMS consent is bundled with Privacy/Terms acceptance):
- Transactional SMS consent — collected via a required, separate, unchecked-by-default checkbox on our lead form. You must actively check this box for the form to submit. Authorizes: the booking link for the offer you selected, class reminders before scheduled rides, booking confirmations, post-class feedback, no-show recovery within the service window, and customer-service responses.
- Marketing SMS consent — collected only through a separate,optional, unchecked checkbox on the same form. Marketing messages (promotional offers, drip nurture, membership pitches) are sent only if you actively check this box. Checking is optional and is not a condition of using our service.
- Message frequency: Varies based on your engagement, typically 2–10 messages per month.
- Message and data rates: May apply from your wireless carrier.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately.
- Help: Reply HELP for our brand identification and contact phone number.
- Supported carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and most other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- No third-party sharing: Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Class bookings, cancellations, refunds
Class bookings, cancellation windows, no-show fees, package expirations, and refunds are governed by the studio's posted policies and the CycleBar franchise system's terms. Contact the studio directly for specific policies. Intro offers (such as the $10 first ride and the 3-rides-for-$33 pack) are limited to new riders only and subject to availability.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older (or have parental consent) to consent to receive SMS messages from us or to book classes.
Corporate franchise terms
CycleBar Scripps Ranch is a franchise location of the CycleBar network operated by Xponential Fitness. Use of the CycleBar brand, app, or rewards programs may be governed by additional corporate terms available at https://www.cyclebar.com/terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CycleBar Scripps Ranch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our websites or participation in our SMS program. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the most recent offer you purchased from us.
Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our websites or SMS program constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
